We have done tests on germinating seeds with our water in comparison to the available tap water.  Guess what?  Yes, they grow faster and healthier.  We also placed fruit in a baggie with tap water and another same fruit in a baggie with Structured Water from our Twin Vortex Living Water Machine.  Then we let them set until decay sets in.  The Structured Water fruit lasted up to 3 times longer before showing significant decay.  A natural preservative.
